Fit-Bottomed girls, we make the rockin’ world go ’round

So just I started this blog for a few reasons.I needed a place to write down my workouts so I could remember them from week to week, but also so I could share with my friends and motivate them the way they motivate me in so many ways.

I’ve been feeling really good about myself lately. Eating pretty good, working out rather regularly, and have had a more positive and realistic mindset about myself. I’ve played sports for as long as I can remember, and with that and some genetics coming into play, I have accepted that I will never be a little skinny twig. I am okay with that, now, but it took a while to come to this. I am totally cool  (now) with a tiny waist, a booty that causes problems when pant-shopping, shoulders that could be mistaken for an Olympic Swimmer, and calves like a ballerina, but it is what it is. Strong and lean is what I am looking to see, but its the confidence that I am looking to feel.

What to expect

I am looking forward to sharing with you my daily workouts, what I’ve been eating (have no fear, bread and beer has not been sacrificed), and whatever I feel like sharing with you on that day.

Some disclaimers

What you read in here may not work for you, but it is worth a shot! Feel free to share your successes or failures with me. I would love to hear about your progress.

Don’t freak out about what the scale says. I’ve been more focused on how I feel, the inches I have lost, my intake and my energy level. Some days the number on the scale doesn’t change, but you can see progress! Keep going!

Also, because this is me trying to find the balance between being an adult and still trying to live, don’t expect a post everyday. Let’s be honest, inconsistency is a beautiful and exciting thing.
