Today’s workout was actually kind of poopy TBH. I wasn’t feeling super great (think I’m dehydrated) but it wasn’t a very demanding workout day to begin with. Booty def sore from yesterday though so that’s a good sign!!

the workout

  • 30 minutes of cardio on the running glide octane machine (no idea what it is really called, but it looks like you’re wearing snow shoes and like running and sliding…good luck)
  • shoulder press 3×10 10 lbs
  • tricep press 3×12 50 lb
  • tricep pull downs 3×10 50 lb
  • lateral raises with dumbbell 3×10 8 lb
  • bicep curls 3×10 8 lb
  • dumbbell shoulder press 3×10 8 lb
  • tricep skull crushers on bench 3×10 8 lb
  • 25 lb plate calf raises
  • 40 crunches with 30 lb
  • Russian twists with stacks (move from one side to the other) 56 twists in all
