IDK what I was thinking today because I am going to hurt tomorrow. Ate pretty well at school today, but came home from the gym and ate baked ziti so IDK where I stand on the diet, but I enjoy the exercise.

Today was a back and chest (minimal) and cardio day. The best thing about this day is the areas that it works. Cardio helps lift the muscles to the surface, and also kicks the muffin top. Back? Who doesn’t like a nice chiseled back with a bra that doesn’t squeeze the fat over the band. Chest is great for the boobs…and I have definitely noticed a difference in my self. They are perkier and firmer and are better shaped. Just a few chest muscle exercises every other day or so will do the trick without making your chest hit your chin.

the workout

  • treadmill – 30 minutes and about 2.5 ish miles
    • 14 min at 5.5
    • 9 min at 5.7
    • 2 min at 5.9
    • 1 min at 6.4
    • 2 m in at 6.7
    • 1 min at 7.2
    • 1 min at 7.5
  • Vertical extension pull down 3×10 @ 55 lb
  • upward row in squat position 3×10 @ 40 lb
  • high pulls 3×10 @ 20 lb dumbbell
  • Wide grip row 3×10 @ 4o lb
  • Chest fly machine 3×10 @ 30 lb
  • Back fly machine 3×10 @ 20 lb
  • Press down straight arms 3×10 @ 35 lb
  • pull up straight arms through legs 3×10 @ 30
  • Chest press 3×10 @ 20 lb
  • Overhead pull down/face pull 3×10 @ 35 lb
  • Close grip pull down row 3×10 @ 45 lb
  • Wide grip pull down row 3×10 @ 50 lb
  • Ab crunch 5×10 @ 20 lb
  • 15 minutes elliptical interval
  • treadmill- 10 minutes a little more than a mile and a quarter
    • 5 min at 6.0
    • 4 min at 6.5
    • 1 min at 7

I used coconut oil on my hair and as a moisturizer for my legs. Legs feel real silky smooth. Hair…stay tuned.
