when I die…

When I die I want to come back as Sage. That is all. Saw her at the gym today so I obviously got distracted and started gabbing so I can’t say that today was super productive.  did start the morning off with a BANGIN’ Cold Buster smoothie. This week has been super stressful, period boobs and PMS in full swing, and the consistency and intensity at the gym just really hasn’t been there this week.

the smoothie

  • 2 clementines (sub any kind of orange-y fruit)
  • lemon water
  • orange juice
  • almond milk
  • handful of oats
  • handful of almonds
  • layer of chia seeds
  • layer of ground flax seeds
  • vanilla protein powder

tastes like a creamsicle and full of vitamin C!

the workout

  • 15 minute run at 5.0
  • leg press 4×12 @ 80 lb
  • hamstring curl 3×10 @ 30 lb
  • quad extension 3×10 @ 30 lb
  • hip abduction
    • open to close 3×15 @ 55 lb
    • close to open 3×15 @ 55 lb
  • cable kick backs 3×10 @ 12.5
  • cable side leg lifts 3×10 @12.5

diffused happiness in the shower to hopefully lower the stress level. TG tomorrow is Friday and the start of a 3 day weekend =)))))

Used Amber’s avocado oatmeal face mask tonight- skin already feels better, calmer and clearer AND it even smelt good while it was on my face. SO far so good.
