Had a yummy brunch at Leo’s with my rents and decided to polish it off with a gym session before football.

the workout

  • interval elliptical workout 20 minutes
  • squats 5×10 45 lb. bar with heavy resistance band
  • 5×10 step back lunges with 18 lb body bar
  • side step from squat position 8 kg kettle bell and heavy resistance band 5×10
  • 3×10 single leg dead lift with 18 lb body bar
  • 2×10 straight leg dead lift with 18 lb body bar
  • 5×10 body weight squats with extra heavy resistance band
  • 5×10 side leg lifts with extra heavy resistance band to superset
  • glute bridge series: left, right, together on chair and 18 lb body bar and extra heavy resistance band 3×10
  • curtsey lunges off step 3×10 and 18 lb body bar
  • sauna 15 minutes

avocado oatmeal face mask and jergens post shower – extremely relaxing.
