HBD AMBER ~~ Turn up !
Pretty long and busy work day, but got a decent workout in none the less. Thinking I need to switch gyms though for the sheer fact that I cannot workout in peace without someone interrupting.
Got an upper body workout in today- I felt like I had been neglecting some of these areas so I wanted to get a total upper bod sesh in.
- 7.30 minutes at 5.5 on the treadmill
- 7.30 minutes at 6.0 on the treadmill
- chest press 4×10 (2 @ 20, 2 @ 25)
- vertical pull down 5×10 @ 50
- flys 0pen (back) 3×10 @ 30
- flys close (chest) 3×10 @ 40
- bicep curl 3×10 @ 10
- 25 lb dumbbell wide grip row while laying on bench 3×10
- tricep skull crushers 2×10 @ 25 dumbbell
Post gym sesh supported the CYO girls in their basketball playoff game where they took the loss. Last game of cyo…very sad day.
Had a very delish snack in between gym and game —
- 3 table spoons of fage 0% plain yogurt
- half scoop of vanilla protein powder
- teaspoon of PB powder
tastes just like ice cream. super easy to add pb powder and protein powder to your fav dish!
