What a beautiful couple of days we have had! Obviously yesterday I was super hungover and didn’t see the sun until it was too late. Got out in the sunshine today though and what a mood booster it is!

Still trying to get my body into Gala shape. Got to look good for whoever is gonna be there…and my self of course. Do it for the gram if anything.

the workout

  • 20 ish minute run – about 2 miles. Haven’t ran outside in colder air in so long. Legs felt good, lungs could be better
  • vertical traction 3×10 @ 60
  • seated close grip row 3×10 @ 50
  • seated wide grip row 3×10 @ 30
  • chest press 3×10 @ 25
  • straight arm cable pull down 3×10 @ 50
  • overhead tricep extension 3×10 @ 50
  • overhead face pulls 3×10 @ 35
  • tricep pull downs 3×10 @ 35
  • 20 lb barbell lying chest press 3×12
  • 20 lb barbell high pulls 3×10
  • 8 lb dumbbell bicep curl 2×10
  • chest flys 3×10 @ 40
