tummy time

This break is getting sweeter and sweeter with the more time I have off to do nothing! sorry to brag =)

Today was a focus on muscle activity via cardio and core. Pretty light, but the abs are killing me!! T minus 9 days til Gala

the workout

  • elliptical 3o minutes – 8 incline 4 resistance
  • bosu ball jackknife crunches 3×10
  • bosu ball oblique crossover 3×10 (THIS WAS A KILLER – highly recommend)
  • leg lifts 3×10
  • twisting plank 3×10
  • bosu ball squat hold 1 minute
