Yesterday was so nice I forgot to post. Took a heavy sweat day as the routine.
- stair master 45-90 for 20 minutes, 60-105 10 minutes (full sweatpants sweat shirt to sweat extra)
- glide elliptical max speed for 15 minutes
- spin bike for 10
- sauna 5
my focus for the next couple of days will be to cut some of the bloat and water out of my body so I don’t look squishy in this one pieces body suit on Friday (also need to make room for all the BLs)
