fine tuning

CAN U BELIEVE it is MARCH???????? what the heck!!! Also Ash Wednesday so time to get in shape mentally too.

the workout

  • 10 minute jump rope
  • chest press 3×10 @ 30
  • chest fly machine 3×10 @ 40
  • lateral shoulder raise 3×10 @ 5 lb dumbell
  • bicep curl 3×10 @ 10
  • shoulder press 3×10 @ 5
  • tricep skull crusher 3×10 @ 10

Had to be quick. I was running late to class where I found my soulmate so I had things to do =)
