- chest press 3×10 @ 30
- chest fly machine 3×10 @ 40
- lateral shoulder raise 3×10 @ 5 lb dumbell
- bicep curl 3×10 @ 10
- shoulder press 3×10 @ 5
- tricep skull crusher 3×10 @ 10
