Had some time to kill before class last night. Got a good workout in, focused on lower body.

The workout

  • run 20 min increasing speeds from 5.5–>8.0
  • walk 15.0 incline speed 4.0
  • abduction machines
    • open 5×10 @ 55
    • close 5×20 @ 55
  • glute press 3×10 @ 62.5
  • leg press 5×12 @ 80
  • single leg press 5×10 @ 40
  • single leg push down 3×10 @ 60
  • hamstring curl 5×10 @ 30
  • bosu ball burnout 100 squats

 

the face cream and treatment I have been using has been absolutely marvelous for my skin. it has been the smoothest it has been in a long time. patchouli has also been kicking ass and zapping zits all over.
