Today’s like beware the ides of march or something right? Anyway – finally got a chance to have a semi productive workout. Wasn’t able to be at the gym for extremely long, but was able to accomplish a leg workout – my fav target area to start fresh with.

the workout

  • stair master – level 7 for 6 minutes, level 8 for 6 minutes
  • leg press – 4×10 @ 100
  • glute press – 4×10 @ 62.5
  • superset on cable machine (1 straight leg + 1 regular = 1 rep)
    • straight leg dead lift 4×10 @ 50
    • regular dead lift 4×10 @ 50
  • cable kicks
    • kick back – 3×10 @ 12.5
    • hamstring curl 3×10 @ 12.5
    • lateral raise 3×10 @ 12.5

 

better late than never to return to the gym! it felt good to be sweating again, and ease some of the stress and tension that’s been building lately.

 

Keep workin = bathing suit season is around the corner!
