Finally made it back to the gym after the week from hell. Quick leg workout after lax and practice today. Also got these DOPE leggings from Nike – made from recycled ocean plastic. Super comfy and super flattering.
- stair master 20 minutes
- leg press 5×10 @ 120
- quad press 3×10 @ 40
- hamstring curl 3×10 @ 30
- hip abductions 5×12 @ 55 (open and close)
- glute press 3×10 @ 62.5
Halo Top was a huuuuge hit in my book. Going to try some other flavors this week. Also experimenting again with Bare Minerals. Updates to come.
