After a pretty rigid week, Sunday made a comeback to the gym. Total body workout to get myself back into the swing of things (again). Looking alright feeling alright – gotta make the push now for shorts and swim suits

the workout

  • stair master – 20 minute interval
  • superset
    • close grip vertical traction pull down 3×10 @ 47.5
    • face pulls/chest level row 3×10 @ 47.5
  • hack squat machine 3×10 no additional weight
  • superset
    • cable dead lift 3×10 @ 60
    • cable squat 3×10 @ 60
  • tricep pull downs 3×10 @ 20
  • ab crunch 3×10 @ 35
