Haven’t posted but DID go to the gym…baby steps

Thursday Workout

  • 12 minute stair master interval
  • vertical traction pull down off cable machine 3×10 @ 50
  • cable face pull to superset 3×10 @ 50
  • close grip rows 3×10 @ 40
  • chest press 3×10 @ 20

 

Saturday Workout

  • stair master 30 minutes fat burn interval
  • squat rack
    • wide stance squats 5×10 @ 65
    • Step lunges 3×10 @ 45
    • hip trusts 2×10 @ 45
  • ab crunch machine 3×10 @ 30
  • bosu ball oblique squats 3×10 (actual death)
  • cable machine
    • triset – lateral leg raise, kick back, inner leg raise 3×10 @ 10
    • super set – straight leg dead lift into squat 5×10 @ 35 (BURN and I love this combo)
  • hamstring curl 3×10 @ 30

 

Sunday Workout

  • glide elliptical 15 minutes
  • octane elliptical 15 minutes
  • long stretch
  • triset
    • bosu ball squats, bicep curl (5 lb), lateral arm raise (5 lb) 5×10 each
    • Squat walks with heavy resistance band superset with 10 lb plate overhead raise 5×20 steps, 5×10 raises
  • banded glute bridges 5×10
  • 15 push ups

 

Looking forward to an ease in schedule the next two weeks due to spring breaks. Felt so good to get a sweat going again.

 

Highly recommend mustard as a dip or dressing. Low in calorie, packed with flavor, but also sometimes loaded with sugar (watch out). Chipotle Mustard from Jack Daniel’s is a great addition to pretzels.
