Got two workouts in so far this week (forgetting to blog again) but feeling good to be back on a routine (in addition to sleeping in).

also fashioning some new crop tops and crop leggings this week! feelin gewd

upper body workout

  • stair master 20 minutes interval
  • vertical traction 3×12 @ 50
  • straight arm pull down 3×10 @ 45
  • face pulls (downward rows) 3×10 @ 45
  • fly machine 3×10 @ 20
  • close grip seated row 3×10 @ 35

lower body workout

  • banded leg press 3×15 @ 100
  • single leg press 3×10 @ 60
  • quad press 3×12 @ 40
  • hamstring curl 3×10 @ 40
  • banded abductions 3×15 @ 55 (open and closed)
  • glute press 3×10 @ 50
  • glute bridges 3×10 with 30 lb barbell
  • single leg dead lift 3×10 with 30 lb barbell
  • banded bosu ball squats to burn out – 100 squats
