Burrito Bowl- Healthy!!

Burrito bowl lunch prep:

  • – Brown one pound of lean ground turkey 
  • – drain fat
  • – add one package of casa Mamita taco seasoning (reduced sodium) and 1 3/4 cup of water 
  • – bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently or until thickened 
  • – can of Corn
  • – 4 servings of brown rice

 Add avocado and small scoop of sour cream to individual bowl in AM
