the ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds/flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

blend and treat like regular batter and voila!
