• 1lb of 80/20 ground beef 
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp of black pepper 
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 2 eggs 

Threw on some latex gloves and mushed it all together 

 Then I rolled each meatball and stuck a mozzarella cube inside.

 Put some Ragu original sauce as the base in the crock pot, placed in meatballs, put some more sauce, sprinkled some Italian seasoning on top and cooked on high for two hours
