Stuffed Peppers

Season and cook ground rice.
Mix in corn and tomato sauce.
Cook brown rice and mix in.
Mix in small amount of shredded cheese.
Leave simmering.
Parboil peppers for 10 minutes.
Stuff with ground turkey concoction.
Transfer To pan and cook 10-20 minutes on 350. Time depends on how crunchy/mushy you like your peppers
